Our words this week have the -au- and -aw- patterns in them. We are also working on words that have the short -ea- pattern in them.
The children are trying hard to learn their addition and subtraction facts. Please continue to make the memorization of these facts a part of the homework routine. It really is helpful.
We are talking about the meaning of service in our life. The class is discussing how people in the past have helped and what we can do to help others.
The children are looking forward to sharing their dioramas with you and the other classes. We hope you can join us between 9:00 and 9:30 on Thursday.
