Week of 2/6/12
Grade 4
Students will complete a PowerPoint presentation about one of the U.S. Presidents.
Finished projects will be posted on this site.
Grades 5 & 6
Students will work to complete a video book review using iMovie.
QR codes will be generated for each video, and placed in the corresponding library book,
so videos can be viewed in the library before checking out a book.
Grade 7
Students will continue to explore animation techniques in Keynote software.
Grade 8
Students will complete Smart Notebook Attendance activity by attaching sounds to icons.
•Students in all grades will continue to practice keyboarding skills.
•Students in grades 7 and 8 use the class management website Edmodo
to access assignment rubrics and resources.
Assignments are submitted (paperlessly!) through Edmodo.
Teachers:
Try converting the text of the Nicene Creed
into an audio file so that your students can practice the changes.
Copy and paste into Type It Read It.
