Application Process

Step 1: Complete an Inquiry Form

Complete an Inquiry Form. By completing an inquiry form, families will receive all the announcements and direct links for information about open houses, events and other relevant information.

 

Step 2: Complete an Application

Once you've decided St. Giles School is the right fit for your family, we invite you to complete an Application for enrollment including a $25 application fee per student.

 

Step 3: Submit Current Transcripts (Grades 1st - 7th)

For students entering grades 1-7, you and your student will be required to submit current school transcripts including report cards, test scores and IEP documents, if applicable.

 

Step 4: Interview (Grades 3rd - 7th)

If you have a student entering grades 3-7, you will be required to participate in an interview as a part of the application process. After your transcripts and any necessary supporting document have been received, our principal will reach out to schedule an interview.

 

Step 5: Shadow Day (Grades 5th-7th)

Students in grades 3-7 can participate in a shadow day at the discretion of the Principal. This can be coordinated with the Principal during the interview.

 

Step 6: Acceptance

St. Giles School uses a rolling admissions process. St. Giles will notify you of your child's acceptance via email within two weeks of your submitted application (and interview, if applicable). If there is not space in a classroom for an accepted applicant, he or she will be placed on the waiting list.

 

Step 7: Complete the Enrollment Packet

Your acceptance email, will provide a link to complete our enrollment form. Families will have 3 days to complete the enrollment form. If an accepted applicant does not enroll by the required date, the spot may be given to another applicant. The following items are required to complete this form:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    • Tuition agreement, parishioner commitment (if applicable) and handbook agreement
    • FACTS payment plan
    • $250 registration fee per child (non-refundable; however, a credit of $250/child after the first child will be applied to October's tuition)
 
Please note that we do not accept new students after September 30 and we do not accept 8th grade transfers.
