Hello families of room 104. I will be posting new assignments daily on my teacher page. Please take pictures of student work and send it to me via e-mail. I will be available through email from the hours of 9am-2pm to answer any questions that may arise.
New Note: Please check out these resources if you are looking for additional activities and worksheets during eLearning! We found resources we think our first grade families would love and compiled them in this document! ——> Additional Supplemental E-learning Resources
Note: Please know that I am excepting all late work during eLearning days.
Note: Please help your student track their weekly iReady minutes. Students should know how to view how many minutes they have been on each subject for the week. If that is not the case please let me know. Please see my previous note on how many minutes students need. Students are graded on their iReady completion/minutes.
Note: Please have your student keep all of the work they are completing in a folder. If things have been tossed away already that is okay but moving forward please make sure your student is saving all of their work. I will want this work to be brought to school when we return.
Note: When students are completing iReady they may see an option for a “teacher assigned” lesson. Please let your student know that they need to be completing all teacher assigned lessons before completing the iReady assigned lessons. Students should also know how to track their minutes in iReady to help make sure they complete 45 minutes for each subject weekly.
Note: As we start to learn about animals, I highly recommend checking out the Cincinnati Zoo. At 2 p.m. everyday their website will feature animals and activities that kids can do. If you check it out please let me know how you like it! : )
