St. Giles School is asking every school family to commit to volunteer service totaling at least eight hours during the 2019 – 2020 school year. This service will take many forms, from volunteering in the classroom or chaperoning a field trip to participating on a school committee to volunteering at an event or shopping for supplies for an event. We recognize the many and varied work schedules along with familial commitments of our school families, so opportunities will be made available outside of regular school days.
Our primary goals for this program are simple: a focus on the students and strengthening our school community. Bringing parents together in service for the young people here at St. Giles School is a vital component to a strong school.
Please review the events/activities listed below for some ideas on how you can get involved. Additionally, as activities and events come up for individual classes during the school year your child’s teacher may present additional volunteer opportunities that can be completed either at home or at school.Click HERE to view volunteer opportunities by event.
