We wrapped up our unit on subtraction in math and took the chapter test on Friday.
Next, we will begin focusing on place value.

We have been talking about forgiveness during religion.
The students conducted a couple of small experiments involving light during science. We learned that light is a form of energy that travels in waves. It will travel in one direction unless something blocks it or bends it.
We’ll continue our exploration of light during science.
Since January 20th was Inauguration Day, we read two books (Duck for President and My Teacher For President). Together, the students then brainstormed a list of things a president does.
