We learned about the Fruits of the Holy Spirit during religion class. We learned that if we act with love, joy, and peace we will be patient, gentle, kind and have self-control.
Next… we’ll take Monday to work on intentions for our class Peace chain in preparation for joining other Catholic schools across the Archdiocese as we pray for peace on Tuesday. At school, we will stop throughout the day on Tuesday and reflect on intentions offered by each grade level. Then, at 1:30 all classes will gather in the courtyard to pray the Prayer of St. Frances while other schools do the same. Parents are welcome to join us for the 1:30 prayer. We would love to see you there and encourage you to come! After that, we’ll turn our attention back to the Holy Spirit.
