This is a review week for Reading, Language Arts, Math, and Science. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY HOMEWORK THIS WEEK.
The students will be learning about the Pilgrims and Thanksgiving in Social Studies class.
Our K-2nd grade Thanksgiving Feast on the morning of Tuesday, 11/26. Please send the items in with students on Tuesday morning. A letter was sent out last week about specific items for students to bring to share at the feast. Please email me if you have questions.
The students will continue to learn about Reconcilation and the season of thanks in Religion class.
TUESDAY, 11/26 – The 2nd and 8th graders will be hosting the All School Thanksgiving Mass on Tuesday, 11/26. They will also be viewing the Fenwick Jazz Band performance after Mass. THE STUDENTS CANNOT BE LATE ON THIS DAY AS WE NEED TO GO TO THE CHURCH AFTER ATTENDANCE TO PREPARE FOR THE ALL SCHOOL MASS.
Upcoming Events:
Tuesday 11/26 – All School Mass and K-2nd – Thanksgiving Feast in the morning. Please send the items in with your child on this day. If your child has been selected to bring pumpkin pie tarts/mini dessert, you can send in a pumpkin pie, and we can cut them into slices for students.
Wednesday 11/27 – Sunday, December 1 – Thanksgiving Break. I hope you have a terrific holiday break with your family and friends!
Friday, 12/6 – 1st and 2nd grade Nutcracker Play field trip at Dominican University. Students will be eating lunch at school today.
